• Coach travel from York to Les 2 Alpes with pick-ups various M1 services, Victoria and Dover

General info:
This trip was previously run by the University of York’s Sports Centre and this 27 year tradition of providing quality UCPA ski holidays is maintained by Colin Smith (retired Director of Physical Recreation)

The centre is at 1650m and well linked to 8 black, 21 red, 25 blue and 22 green pistes – a total of 230 Km of pistes. The nearest lift is 200m from the UCPA centre. This resort has an exceptional snow record with depths of 3m not uncommon during the season as well as an easily accessible glacier.

We depart York at 0800hrs on Sat 21 March arriving Les 2 Alpes at 0800hrs on the following Sunday. After registration, breakfast and collection of equipment, we are on the slopes by 1000hrs. For beginners, the nursery slope is near the centre and a lesson is arranged for 1400hrs. The centre caters for 114 ensuring that there is a lively social atmosphere with a great variety of meals in the restaurant.
