Val - the best skiing - guaranteed! People come here from all over the world - you won't regret treating yourself to the Espace Killy. Just one problem - you might get addicted!
You don't have to decide which snowsport you want to do until you arrive! Depending on your requirements (fitness level, snow coverage, objectives), we will provide you with either skis or a snowboard for your course.

Reception from 8am. Breakfast, accommodation, issue of equipment and" skipass valid from day one of the course.
Free introductory session to activity on the first afternoon for beginners. For other levels: free afternoon - our teams will provide all necessary information to set you up for your holiday in the snow: safety advice, weather info, snow conditions, info on the runs.
In the evening, UCPA staff will provide all information on supervised sessions beginning the next day: group allocation, meeting times, highlights of the week.
If you have purchased the "arrival night before" option , please come to the centre between 18.00 and 20.00.
Important: it is not possible to book rooms, but, depending on availability, we will do our best to meet your requirements when you arrive.
At the end of the final morning without lessons, courses end by 14.00.
Please return your equipment and vacate your room (by 13.00) beforehand (we really appreciate the help…).

Coming by car
Take the N90 to Bourg Saint-Maurice, then the N202 signposted for Col de l'Iseran/Val d'Isère.
In Val d’Isère the UCPA centre is 400m on the right after the tourist office roundabout.
Paid outdoor parking subject to available spaces (30 Euros per week, 15 Euros for a short break and 10 Euros for a weekend) with a deposit of 30 Euros for the magnetic access badge.
Coming by train
Travel to Bourg Saint-Maurice station located 30km from the UCPA centre.
Take the MARTIN bus (information: 04 79 07 04 49).
Single fare around 14 Euros.
You will be asked for a deposit of 100 Euros (cheque, cash or bank card - American Express not accepted) when you arrive. It will be returned at the end of your stay, subject to damage to equipment and/or premises and/or skipass.
Centre with European clientele (teaching in French and/or English).
Paid WIFI access.
23 hours of supervision from day 2 to day 6 (1 or 2 sessions per day).
Group for the week decided on the basis of your technical level and expectations.
Choose your equipment (skis or snowboard) on arrival.
Day type : 1 session in the morning + 1 in the afternoon or 1 full-day excursion.
Accommodation + dinner+ Breakfast: Extra cost: 45€
Valid for courses starting on Sunday. Home between 6 and 8pm.

Experience unique moments
For snowsports: 1 ski jacket, 1 pair of ski pants or salopettes , 1 or 2 jumpers or fleeces, 1 thermal vest, 1 good pair of ski gloves or mittens, 1 ski hat, 1 pair of U.V. filter sunglasses, 1 pair of ski goggles, 1 high protection sun cream, 1 lip balm.
For your comfort and safety: a padlock for your cupboard or to secure your equipment (available on loan for a deposit of 5 Euros) , a drinks bottle and a small rucksack for meals out on the slopes.
You might want to bring a helmet (not provided by UCPA).
Please bring a towel (sheets supplied by UCPA).
On arrival, you choose your equipment for the duration of your stay: skis, boots and poles or snowboard and boots.
