Trail Running

Various courses designed for runners looking to achieve ultra distances, or just enjoy running in some stunning scenery. Most courses run in the valley of Chamonix which offers a fantastic array of trails to explore along with altitude and terrain.

Level

There are courses catering for both intermediate and advanced runners including courses for runners who have never been trail running before and who want to take their running into the mountains. At a minimum you need to be running at least three times a week and be able to run for 2 hrs without stopping.

Social

One of the nicest things about a UCPA holiday is the social aspect - it's a great way to meet new people through sharing good sporting times together. Whether you travel by yourself, or with friends you're sure to make some great new friendships through the week.
